The book club I belong to had an amazing discussion about our last book, “The Great Alone” by Kristin Hannah. One thing I love about book clubs are hearing what other people found important in the book we read. Hearing peoples’ opinion is also so fascinating to me. It gives me more food for thought.
I SO want to go more in to detail about the book we read, but I don’t want to give anything away in case you go read it. Which I think you should. If you read it, have read it and want to chat about it EMAIL ME! I would love to talk more about it.
This month we are reading a new to me book. “The Sweetness at the Bottom of the Pie” is a book in a series of books, but one doesn’t have to read the other books to know what is going on in the current book. I am having a hard time reading this book. Maybe it is the writing. Maybe it is the storyline. I don’t know. I am pushing through, and I HOPE to have it finished ASAP. Have you read this book?
