After a long week of prep and setting up the afternoon before the Sleepy Ridge Bridal Open House was here. I created so many things for this, I printed photos, bought frames, found the perfect chocolates to offer those who stopped by, created papers to have out for people to look at and practiced what I would say to those I met.
I met a lot of amazing couples and families! It was so fun to learn about the different ways people proposed, how they met, and what they have planned so far. I loved talking to the other vendors, getting to try the amazing food from the caterers, seeing the beautiful arrangements and set ups for each company at the show.
Since the show I have had two consultations (mostly due to scheduling) and I am looking forward to several more coming up.
The show was so beautiful. I can't even describe how happy it makes my heart to see all of the colors that are in this year. I am in awe.
I have so much to be grateful for and this show is one that has really helped me feel confident in my abilities as an event planner. As of the writing of this post I have 7 weddings on my calendar that are fully booked and at least 4 in the works waiting on deposits to be paid. I am going to surpass my goal for the year! Thank you for believing in me and my dreams!
